About SeamlessPay

SeamlessPay is a residual reporting and partner-management service operated by SeamlessPay. This notice explains how information is handled when an authorized user signs in to or uses SeamlessPay.

Information we handle

• Account information, such as name, email address, role, company, and authentication identifiers.
• Business records uploaded to or created in SeamlessPay, including merchant, processor, residual, assignment, compensation, and reporting information.
• Security and operational information, such as sign-in events, device or browser details, IP address, audit activity, and error logs.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, enforce account permissions, process residual data, calculate and deliver reports, support the service, prevent misuse, and maintain security and audit records.

Service providers and access

We use service providers for identity, hosting, email delivery, and related operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. SeamlessPay data is available only to authorized users according to their assigned account permissions.

Transactional text messages

Authorized business users may ask SeamlessPay to send transactional text messages containing receipts, invoices, payment links, or related account notices. Message frequency varies according to the transactions and notices requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose mobile numbers to messaging providers only as needed to deliver and protect requested messages, comply with law, or enforce applicable service rules.

Retention and protection

We retain information for as long as needed to provide SeamlessPay, meet business and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve appropriate audit history. We apply administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle.

Your choices

You may ask to review or correct your account information. Some financial and audit records may need to be retained even after an account is deactivated.
