SeamlessPay is a residual reporting and partner-management service operated by SeamlessPay. This notice explains how information is handled when an authorized user signs in to or uses SeamlessPay.

• Business records uploaded to or created in SeamlessPay, including merchant, processor, residual, assignment, compensation, and reporting information.
