Authorized use

SeamlessPay is provided by SeamlessPay for authorized residual operations and partner reporting. You may use it only for legitimate business purposes and within the permissions assigned to your account.

Your account

Keep your credentials and verification methods secure. Do not share access, attempt to use another person's account, or bypass any access restriction. Notify SeamlessPay promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised.

Data and reports

You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of information you upload or enter. Calculations and reports should be reviewed before they are used for settlement, payment, accounting, tax, or other consequential decisions.

Prohibited activity

• Accessing data outside your authorized scope.
• Introducing malicious code or interfering with the service.
• Attempting to discover credentials, vulnerabilities, or another user's information without written authorization.
• Using SeamlessPay in violation of applicable law.

Availability and account action

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or suspected misuse. Access may also end when your business relationship or authorization ends.
